Steamboat Springs Middle School

F&D provided project management for an entirely new administration wing, entrance and upgrades to the hallways were part of the changes to the 23,000 square foot school to bring the building up-to-date. Renovations included High-Performance Building Design, LEED analysis, increasing energy efficiency, improved safety, security, and technology upgrades to provide the students and staff with a safe, efficient and enjoyable environment. Services also included design reviews, planning, and assisting the district to secure funding for the project. Much of the work was completed while school was in session.
