The F&D team provided the clinic with a facility condition assessment to provide the district with data needed prior to a possible remodel of the building. After a thorough inspection of the building, it was determined that the building could be brought up to-date with a remodel, and several conceptual floor plans were presented to the staff to alleviate problems with work flow, add additional storage, upgrades to the laboratory, and provide an enhanced patient experience.
