This new medical campus provides medical services for numerous mountain communities eliminating the long drive to the front range for medical and emergency care. The new 44,000 square foot campus includes an acute care hospital, 2 operating rooms, PACU area, enclosed ambulance bays, emergency and trauma wings, a family clinic, physical therapy department, a full laboratory and imaging departments including CT and MRI. Also includes an administrative wing, training rooms, conference rooms and spacious public areas.

The F&D team was retained by the Kremmling Memorial Hospital District to provide a full complement of programming, and project management for all phases of the construction. We were instrumental in the execution of the project starting from the land planning land donation efforts, facility evaluations, needs assessments, design and engineering oversight and construction management from concept to completion.

The project was completed within schedule and nearly $850,000 under budget.
