Case Study

Kremmling Memorial Hospital

The original Kremmling facility was established in 1933 and the current hospital was constructed in 1973 and adjoins the original wooden building which currently houses the administrative staff, rehabilitation services, and the wellness center. In 2003 the hospital became a Critical Access Hospital (CAH); the hospital was the first Level IV Trauma Center in Colorado.

The F&D team provided the district with a complete facility assessment of the building in response to a Colorado Health Department request and to assist the board with decisions for possible renovations and upgrades to the current building.
