The F&D team conducted a property condition assessment and engineering inspection for this historic home located on Pine Street, constructed circa 1893. Originally a 6,500 sf private residence, the home has been converted to a multi-family residence with townhomes attached to the rear of the original house which were constructed in the late 1970s. Home includes a large front porch, original paneling, fireplaces, leaded glass windows, original staircase leading to a second floor. Property assessment included investigation of foundation problems, electrical issues and roof inspection as well as cost estimates for repairs, and construction inspection of repairs for the owner.
