Case Study
Grand County Administration Building
F&D International was retained to provide program management and owner’s representation for this very complex project which involved major renovations and asbestos remediation work on this historic building which was constructed in 1937 and remodeled in 1969. Renovations included a complete redesign of the entire interior areas of all three floors of the 22,000 square foot building, and construction was phased so that all county departments could remain open during construction.
Our services included management of the historic restoration requirements, design and engineering reviews, construction contract administration, construction inspection and management for all phases of the project.
