El Paso County, On-Call Engineering Services

F&D was retained by the County on a multi-year contract to provide on-call engineering consulting, architectural design review, cost estimating, and project management services for capital construction projects across the county. Projects included a remodel of the Coroner’s Office, major remodel, expansion and upgrades to the Sherif Department, Costilla Street parking garage expansion, and facility assessments of many other buildings. Our staff also provided services for the following projects:

• Metro Jail Remodel
• Minimum Security Detention Facility
• County Downtown Campus Expansion
