The owner of this office building located in downtown Boulder retained F&D to reconfigure 16,500 sf of the building that was being used as a warehouse with overhead doors in the back. We redesigned the entire first floor of the building for the tenants into offices, a large conference room, reception area and open work spaces to take advantage of the abundance of natural lighting and view.  Our services also included HVAC and electrical upgrades to the entire building and improvements to the public areas and the parking lot.
