Case Study
16th Avenue Rowhouses
F&D developed and designed an 18,500 sf multi-family residential project on a prominent corner of downtown Denver.
Situated in an older residential area, the design team was faced with the challenge of how to incorporate these new rowhouses into the surrounding neighborhood. The final design included underground and off-street parking, and the two-story townhomes are reminiscent of turn-of-the-century homes with front porches and stairs. The twelve homes have decks and balconies and blend beautifully into the neighborhood.
