Owners Representative

We find that our clients define owner's representation in a variety of different ways when speaking about their capital projects. While some view this service as an ancillary function to the construction process whereby the owner hires a retired superintendent to "watch" the contractor, others view it as a more involved role whereby each function of a capital project is managed and overseen by a team that drives the overall capital program on behalf of the project owner.
